I tend to get bored with things really easy. And when I'm in a creating type mood I let things get out of hand and get too far ahead of myself. I was just thinking to myself that'd it be cool if WinCustomize had a place where you could upload partial skins. And then I realized it did... but no one seems to use the thing. Oh, you'd be surprised, I use to think everyone who owns a computer has at least basic computer knowledge. Hard to judge by popularity though when the bulk of windows users are, uh, not technically inclined. I mean look how many develop for Linux, and it's not nearly as popular as windows.
