Skins are not strictly 'art' as they can and do include specifics of 'design' which in itself is not 'expression' as such. Very well said... Skinning is more closely related to Architecture than it is to Fine Art.<

As skinning becomes more popular and commercial it's only obvious that it will be put under review. Video game authors and movie producers don't have say in who reviews what, so yeah. I like the idea. I for one would like to volunteer to fill the roll of the originality reviewer. This would be especially useful if WC2k5 supports premium suites, it'd help give users a better idea what they are spending their money on when they buy.

When I wrote this thread I was sort of at a toss up between Verizon and Tmobile, I'd like to have considered Cingular too as rollover just makes so much sense, but it's not available here. ANYHOW I think after reading everyones response and whatnot I'm inclined to go with Verizon. Thanks everyone
