Firefox at home, Mozilla at work. Mozilla has a number of webdev features I use a lot which are left out of Firefox. Strangely though, I can't exactly recall any specifics.

Don't think there's any need for paranoia. You can't use cookies to track where people are going if you're leaving said site. You also can't tell what they are running (other than the browser used, since the browser always tells the server that). The thing at the bottom is just a hit counter to measure traffic.

The average computer user is dumb ****** and the average skinner isn't much smarter, considering that they need a GUI to skin WindowBlinds. Add to that that people don't like reading manuals and the chances of people coming up with original widgets are slim. Far too complex for the masses.

The rest of the site is saying that the domain is no longer registered and will be up for grabs soon. Or actually, that's not what it's saying, but it's how I interprete it.

Interesting how you say you found yourself helpless without your contacts. My mother and sister give me the same story, but I, on the other hand, have not trouble without my contacts, even though my eyesight is roughly the same as yours (was). Sure, I see blurry and have to get real close to things to read them, but that's just where it is limited to: reading. Okay, okay, watching tv would be limited as well. Ofcourse, no-one ever believes me when I say that, but that's another

Hmm, discrepancies: 1) "What did I do wrong? [...] get the fun out of skinning for me?" 2) "WHEN I SENDED TREETOG ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT THE SUBJECT HE DIDN'T FIND IT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO ANSWER IT" ...versus: 3) "but can we please act normal" #1 is a whine, #2 is a whine, all caps and an unwarranted assumption. Normal? I'd say someone needs to take a chill pill and reread what he wrote before posting. By the way, you can't "co

Alternatively, you could try Purrint: http://dana.ucc.nau.edu/~tsr22/apps/#purrint Hooks onto the PrntScn key and can automagically save to a file. Normally I don't like apps for such simple tasks, but this one's only 86k. Downside: for it to be useful, you should (ofcourse) have it running all the time.

It's got to be caching it somewhere. That's the only way it can happen, me thinks. On XP, they're cached in this file: C:\Documents and Settings\ [username] \Local Settings\Application Data\Iconcache.db. I'd say, delete it, reboot and see what happens.

Why would you need to use condiional logic? I don't think I have that anywhere in my setup. The only logic I'm using has been transfered to a mzscript module. Also, LSMail has no commands you can attach to clicks. Left is check mail, right is a context menu, according to the readme I found on my drive, there is no middle click. Or are you trying to say you want to be able to middle click on LSMail and then bring up MailWasher? I'm afraid LiteStep isn't that advanced. Modules i

Invite another friend over and then casually let it slip that this other friend works for the goverment on tracking down illegal software usage and the like. THat might make him sweat.

Well, if he's an adult and so are you, you can mess around without juridic consequences. Be sure to wear protection though. Anyhow, I take it you're having a problem with him being a warez user. How and why should that matter when the two off you are messing about on your machine? Or aren't you taking it that seriously and just want to pull a prank?
