Hell Dragon is right. Click on "Account preferences" up there ^^^, login with your email address and password and scroll down to "Viewing preferences", then set "Show skins with this rating or higher" to 1 and you can see everything on the site again. It's not a personal thing, but in order to save bandwidth there's a rating system in place which by default will show only skins with a rating of 5 or higher (or so).

Listen to Russ. I have actually played with one of them PDA things (played with a WebPad too, those things have some serious design flaws: big, clumsy, heavy). Anyway, I can't remember which brand it was, but it ran WindowsCE. Poked around with it a bit, played some Zelda on an emulator, got a splitting headache from staring at that so so LCD display which is only visible at certain angles and concluded that it was nothing but a glorified agenda. Hence the name: Personal Digital Assistant, as in
I can remember someone posting a link to old OS screenshots in some thread here some time ago, including the first GUI (if I'm not mistaken). What surprises (when I found out) me is that the pen was invented much earlier than the mouse. You know, those pens with which you could point out things on the screen and such. Sort of a prehistoric Wacom.

But but but, loading the theme graphics earlier does not make things faster or add extra caching. This type of caching is only usefull with preloading of images that are shown later (as in mouseovers).

I have no idea. I type with 5-9 fingers and never had any typing classes, so I think I get about thirty words a minute or so (rough guess). I can do speed reading though.
