That would require a combination of a shell replacement/enhancement (like NextStart, HoverDesk or LiteStep) and a windowskinner (primarily WindowBlinds). Too lazy to look up the links, look around this site, you'll find them.

Logo.sys has some specific requirements, it should be a 8-bit 320x480 bitmap in your root directory (or in other words C:\, not C:\windows). Anyway, for more info, read this: http://www.virtualplastic.org/html/logo_scr.html

Learned a cool little drawing language called Logo in school, borrowed an ancient 386 from my uncle and played around in Basic a bit (and then decided I didn't like it at all). Bribed my parents into finally buying a computer when I was 19 and that's the same machine I'm working on right now (the infamous p75). Always been more of a console guy really, moved from NES to SNES (incuding a ProfighterX to play all the FF games that were never released here) to N64 and got me a PSX to play

Umm, you could stick the menu's in external .js files so that they load from cache. That should cut down on the page load (though a bit over the top as a practical solution).

According to my ex-company tutor I was suffering from emotional and social problems.
