You know it was just this kind of attitude and rebel rousing that caused the Colonists to break away from England! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]

Starting to look like a house now Nimbin. [e digicons][/e] Really sir, looking very nice and I'm sure you just can't wait to get moved in. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
I think the only program that is Windows 10 ready is Start 10. The others may work to varying degrees but have not be 'certified' Windows 10 compatible. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
There may be a way to do on your end but probably the best way is to have whomever sent the doc to you to resend it in a format you can read/open. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
Getting time off before the release of Windows 10 so everyone can recharge their batteries is a great idea. I'm sure everyone else is like me, just waiting to see what new things will be coming from Stardock for Windows 10. Have a safe and great Independence Day and summer vacation. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]

One of the things that sometimes happens when you run a free version of a paid program and then get the paid version is what you may be experiencing. If you have or have had the free version on the PC that you are having problems with you should try uninstalling all versions of Fences. Run a program similiar to CCleaner and clean out any leftovers in the Registry. Reboot and then go to Stardock, My Account, My Downloads, find Fences and reinstall it. Hopefully that fix
Right click on a Fence, then go to view and see if the Fences are locked, if so, unlock them. Hopefully that solves your problem. :)
Happy Birthday Hankers
Neophil78, what you ask for really is up to the skinner of the WindowBlinds doing them or giving permission for the Dreams and Wallpapers to be done by another skinner. Without permission given they won't get done by another skinner, unless they are for personal use. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
I use IE 11 and don't experience any problems. Having said that I think all the browsers that are available do the same thing, get you to the internet. When folks start having problems alot of times it can be due to a browser addon or extra toolbars. Are you using any? You also said this has happened after a recent update to Chrome, can you rollback to the previous version? This would point out a possible problem with Chrome's lates

What a great layout and floorplan Nimbin, nice separation of the master suite from the other sleeping areas. The only comment I can make is that the kitchen area does seem small. I am impressed and somewhat jealous. I'm sure you are excited and can't wait until construction is completed. :)
Once Windows 10 is actually released I'd expect indication will be in place to manage the appropriate updates for Stardock's Apps... but Win 10 is stillseveral weeks away from release/final version...[e digicons];)[/e]
So Jafo are you suggesting that we should wait to do the upgrade until Stardock has a chance to check things out and provide updates to it's programs as required? I'm not attempting
I find myself in the same position as the OP so I think these are good questions to be asking. I hope when someone has a chance to look at them they can provide some needed direction. I had thoughts that with the Stardock programs I am using to would just set them to default before doing the upgrade. Doesn't seem that an uninstall and reinstall of Object Desktop and the other programs would be necessary. Once the upgrade was done I was goin
What gets me is that no one else is reporting this, at least on the forums.
It might have something to do with Chrome and WindowBlinds users versus just Chrome users. Just a thought. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
Folks may disagree but things can change between now and the release of Windows 10. All is needed is that Stardock say all is compatible with Windows 10 and come the 29th things aren't working. Can you imagine what the forums would look like? [e digicons]:-"[/e]
Thank you very much JuniorCrooks. Very interesting. :)
Just when it seemed that the fire for skinning such items had but all been extinguished, thank you JuniorCrooks. [e digicons][/e] I guess I could go and check for myself but what are some other things that xWidget can do? [e digicons]:-"[/e]
From what I have read on different sites Hankers is correct. You have 365 days to decided if you want Windows 10 for free, after that you pay for it. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
It will all come down to each individual making a choice as to if they will want to upgrade to Windows 10 and when they upgrade. As has been mentioned in serveral threads here and other sites it would seem the smart or intelligent course of action if you intended to upgrade is wait a bit, 30 to 90 days, to let the bugs be identified and fixed. I didn't upgrade to 8/8.1 but like some other folks have voiced Windows 7 works fine for me so I wouldn't want to scre
Good questions. :)
Thank you very much Hankers. Every once and a while we all need to take a step back and realize how 'full of ourselves' we get. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
It shows up on my list of downloads as the very first item. You do have a current subscription to Object Desktop? Not sure it will show if you don't.
