I see that the developers still haven't fixed the version number problem! WB still reports version 8.09 after installing 8.1, but the Object Desktop Manager and IOBit's Uninstaller report the correct version. The only way to apparently fix this is to uninstall WB and run a registry cleaner (I use IOBit's Uninstaller which does both), then reinstall. I am puzzled that this trivial issue hasn't yet been fixed!<br /

Well how about a thought for a name, Resurrection , timing could be with the release of Windows 10 and celebrate the rebirth of skining or customizing the desktop. Yeah I know, asking for a lot but the community just might still have a faint spark of hope. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
You might also give Malwarebytes a try.
Just my opinion, as others have voiced theirs, I don't see this or other products like it having a big market share and therefore finding it's way to the 'Failed Products' shelf. Lots of products have come and gone that some developer/designer/company thought it was a great idea. [e digicons]:-"[/e]
From time to time a small group of folks make themselves know by informing the community that things would be better run if the community followed their way of thinking. Fortunately most of the community is able to see the flaw in that approach. Now I'm not saying that we each are not entitled to our own opinions, I have my own but I understand they our my own and should never be imposed on others. This community has been around for sometime and has g

The statement "I tried different version," might be a hint to your problem. Why not set out for us just what happened in some detail (from the beginning, i.e. what version of WindowBlinds did you first download) that way someone will be able to help.
Monthly updates today from MS fixed IE, well atleast for me it did. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]

Guess the downtime didn't affect many folks.
We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we worked this problem. A refund to our subscription that covers the downtime would be appreciated. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e

I'm sure that these and other questions that have not been raised yet will get answered prior to the official release of Windows 10. Just to add to the list, normally there are several versions of the OS released, usally Basic, Home Premium and Professional. What will the user be getting with the free Windows 10 upgrade? Will it see that you have a particular version of your current OS loaded and base the upgraded on that, i.e. I have Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
