Well, this company claims the title is NOT an OEM version, but rather a Genuine Retail CD w/key. According to the seller, the words "not for retail" is imprinted on the CD. I dunno. I have purchased many MS products from this company, including around 13 or 14 copies od the Windows OS. All of them work, and have never had an issue with activation/validating.
