From January 2000 to present, for various reasons, most of them as stupid as the plight that enabled my dilemma, I have battled the DUI school. Finally though, after yet another visit to the Marin courts and another visit to an all to familiar judge, the battle is drawing neigh to a close. Yes, the judge offered me yet one last referral into the DUI school;
