In order for someone to update to Windows 10, the person would have to be the original artist/skinner, or the very least get written permission from said artist/skinner.

I don't miss Architecture after 46 years...[e digicons];)[/e] Skinning, on the other hand...is something I'm still doing....cos that's only about 30 years...[e digicons];)[/e]
Well, I've been retired from my job (other than 20 years in the Air Force) for four years, so that retirement I'm enjoying, as for skinning, I can't leave that, love it too much! Where do I start, well, at the first of next year (2022) I'll be semi retired from making Master Skins, meaning, all of my new skins, will be free after the New Year. I won't give up on skinning, cause I love it too much to give it up. I've appreciated all the support from the community for supporting me, through purchasing my skins, and now, I'm giving back to you all by my free skins to enjoy, and share with others, again, thank you (Wincustomize Community) for all your support,
Wow Chuck, nice! [e digicons]|-)[/e] [e digicons][/e] Is that Winstep, or xWidget?
Since he's posted in the Curtains section I think he's asking about Curtains. Don't want to get the person completely confused...
My bad DaveRI, but doesn't the same principle apply to Curtains, as it does for Windowblinds, just asking, as I don't skin Curtains? [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Is this what you're referring to Koogle? I design my taskbar buttons to be 2 pixels apart.
Totally Awesome Tim![e digicons]|-)[/e] [e digicons][/e]
