Many, if not most, of the folks with the great ideas in this forum would probably be willing to trade their ideas f
They don't do anything. Dynasties in WoM don't matter in the slightest to how the game plays. Fundamentally all it really does is provide a way to farm a good champion up. You could axe it and it wouldn't really change the game. The "dedicated team" is busy improving more important things (like cities, tactical combat, and magic). When you have limited resources you need to devote them to where they'll do the most good, an
I want to be able to have the AI gather as much data as it can about who it opposes and then look at the XML data to help it decide what to do. That means I want to make it so that every spell, ability, weapon, etc. in the game has in its XML AI data that I (or others) can mod with good things to go against it. Does the enemy side have a spell that rains down a fire storm on me? Then I want that spell to include in its XML what spells are
Where are the release notes for 1.4? I can't find anything about it except for vague references.

Looks very encouraging. Not to sound like a one-trick pony, but will there be caravans and stores in FE and if so, how will they be managed?
Looks like I got my new processor just in time!!!
Yes! Thank you!!!
Sure. Also, I don't think v1.4 will be the last update I work on. I am starting to think about a v1.5 also. Just depends on where FE is in terms of needing me.
I realize that no major graphical overhauls are on the horizon (goodbye improved store interface), but is there any chance of a caravan management system? Upgrading units would be nice too. Those are my biggest non-bug rela

Are there any changes from 1.2F?

They tried to buy the rights from Atari, but it fell through because of onerous conditions imposed by Atari (who is doing exactly squat-all with the franchise). Note the article states that player's "game IQ" has increased, not their IQ.
Keep working on WoM as long as you can! Your efforts are much appreciated.

Excellent news about unit upgrades!!! Thanks for sharing! Also: is the interface final, because it would be nice not to have to drill through the unit creation screen to do unit design!
Can I sign up for the Alpha test already?
Neat. I'd like to see a few wandering sorts around still though.
Or you could have the wandering champions be lower levels and the location based champions more powerful.
I am especially enjoying the new loot from the goody huts, it is much more useful. I was thinking of starting a thread decrying the lack of decent one-handed weapons, when I found a scimitar! Glad to see that more thought/work is still being put into WoM. More variation of loot is always appreciated. I used to hate getting padded greaves as loot late in the game. Is there any mechanism to scale the loot to the age of the game?
