I get this error when I try to save settings as well. Windows XP Pro SP3 Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.GHz 4GB installed RAM, XP using 3.5GB WindowFX 3.09[a].008 Installed from Impulse 3.14.351 (images:3.12.214) (Build 975) Nothing else was running on XP, except standard XP start-ups. Basically, on a fresh boot into Windows, I will try to get the settings changed and I get the error. The settings DO change, it's just annoying is all.

It's a windows issue that currently is not addressed in IconPackager. The way I personally have 'fixed' this issue is to edit any executable that contains the icon which will not change. For example, I use Firefox as my default browser and even when I change the url protocol with every other means, the icon is always the Firefox logo on the blue page. But, I also use Vista and wanted a full regiment of icon sizes and colors available to the shell as opposed to the limited numbe
