In the past few months I have watched an annoying trend. People uploading new walls and skins and then not even bothering to leave a comment or explanation.. This annoys the hell out of me. If someone has spent any time at all working on a new upload you would think that they woul at least want to tell me wnat resolutions it will work at or something.
Deference: good point, I live in a metropolitan area and I see far more W'04 stickers on vehicles of all types, however and this is off subject a little, I see far more Kerry yard signs when I drive through the surrounding comunities.

No kidding that would be bad : click "F" click "F" When I have to do color I have people to save me and I have learned to work with HTML color codes. I have a chart that lists the codes with thier respective colors. With several years of learning I know what colors go together so I can do it that way though I always have someone check ot before I send it out.

TasT Agrees, the Idea is excellent, however it should be for original works only, no copies of other operating systems or repackaging of someone elses graphics, such as converting a winstyle. Though this should not be carried to an extreme. If someone builds an awesome original WB skin but get's permission or uses a GPLed set of animations or tool bar Icons that should be accepted. Remind those kids that yell child abuse and I'm gonna sue you that if they do they'll end up in foster care while your in jail.
