Good for Creative Labs. I think it is unfair for consumers with companies like Microsoft or Apple to rush products to market and get a wide audience of users that now have become accustomed to these devices by means of someone else's ideas. It seems clear that big business is made from stealing technology. #4 Universal environments This option seems very similar to a "Roaming Profile". The only thing wrong with this is "Security". I think your files would get hacked a lot unless you can figure out a way to use IPSec or CA's (Certificates of Authority) to ensure privacy, but using these uses bandwidth too...Hmmm! Sounds good but we are a long way from it!

Windows has certainly come a long way since Windows 95. I think the main reason Windows is on top is because of the Server side and capabilities they have now. Active Directory was the smartest thing to come down the Microsoft pike making centralized administration a snap. Also having Windows XP clients makes it easier to manage as well in a Microsoft Network environment. However, I would love to see a Mac OS desktop version to run on an x86 machine fo

I agree with Citizen sixshot that the program is "just too plain". It is however better than nothing and sure beats the old standard windows logon, but I too feel the program needs more options. It sure would be fun to be able to get more creative!

I'm very happy for Stardock. You deserve the recognition. The article should be made avaialble in the archives and a link provided to those just purchasing the product. It would help the purchasers solidifiy the investment, which BTW is worth every penny! Keep up the great work!
