Still... I would feel a lot better if I saw some lifesign of the conquered.

Hmmmm, yeah, and when they get happy it is just part of the mysteriously fast population grownth... you got some points :). When you think of it like that a lot of things might be happening behind the scenes... the space might be filled with convoys of alien refugees having escaped with whatever starship they could find after a time of war for example... hmmm, this game sure is thought through :D!
Ah, cool, that means I´ve had some time to catch up when it arrives ;). (i.e play galciv some more, buy AP, play through AP...)
Something I´d like to see in galciv2 is that planetary invasions don´t by default slay the whole population. I mean, how common is it in real-world conquests that you slay all of the enemy´s people? Mostly you want to rule over them rather than just taking the land, right? And even if the defender puts a gun in the hand of every man, woman and child it is unlikely they will fight to the last drop of blood. At some point the conquering side will control all the strategic positions and t

When I speak to a civ before getting the first contact window (clicking on the little speak to button on a planet on first sight) I somehow end up i war with no explanation at all, one even claimed I was the agressor. Sure it´s an easy one to talk out of... but it strains reltions :/. Is the
Hi all, didn´t know were to post this, so I guess I´ll just shout it into the galaxy :P. I played through the game once now, galciv then, not the expansion, and there were a few things that I suspect aint how they´re supposed to. One: Galactic Research Center sure sounds like a galactic wonder, but it appears it was buildable in every star system. Two: Seing as all the other Omega´s were galactic archievements, how come the Omega defence system could be built everywher
