You need to be connected to the internet for the submit screen to show up I believe. ( I have an always on connection so this is difficult for me to test)/ Try connecting to the internet, (alt tab out) before hitting done on the summary screens. ~SDC~

To see you trade routes click on the domestic policy screen there is a tap for trade. You will then have a list of the trade routes you established. The map in the lower left will show both trade routes you created and trade routes the AI has with you. Trade Goods are just special improvements that you can trade on the Foreign Policy screen with other civs. You do not need a trade route or anything else to trade Trade Goods. ~SDC~

In order to invade a planet you need to do a couple of things. 1. research tech so you can build transports (http://webpages.charter.net/trevorpowdrell/Transport.htm) or Combat Transports (http://webpages.charter.net/trevorpowdrell/BattleTransport.htm) 2. Load up troops into the transports 3. Send the transport to the planet you want to invade (Supply an escort they are vunerable exp just the transports) 4. The mining of resources are across the civ. All other bonuses refer to that sector. Trade bonuses will apply if the trade route goes through that sector. Culture (influence) bonuses apply to that sector but because of the way influence works can pick up and amplify influence from adjacent sectors. The only morale bonuses are resource mining bonuses and are civ wide. ~SDC~
