On the mini map could you please give the Altarians a different color of blue for the sectors they control. It drives me nuts when I start next to them and can't tell with a quick look who owns what sectors. >:(

In all the games I have played the AI's have one severe blind spot, diplomacy. With the inclusion of more minor races this has only become worse. Each minor race seems to start off with ~5000bc, however they are horrible at researching techs. So what I have been doing is building scouts like mad in the early game to find the minor races. I then trade all the theory techs for ~150bc each month for 10 months. After the theory techs I trade non weapon techs for even more cash. With just two mino

1.) When a minor race surrenders to another race the game will crash if you go to the minor race screen in the diplomacy section and click any race. 2.) After I captured a planet with a rating of 28 the rating on all my other planets started to increase. By the end of my game that planet I captured had a rating of 42. 3.) If you capture a planet that is in the process of building a capital (econ, man, pol, or tech) you can continue to build that capital even if you already have

I'm at the end of my game; I only need to invade the Torian home world. So I send in some battleships and a transport. The problem is that I cannot attack this last world with either the battleships or the transport. When I click the world to get some info about it an Arcean battleship moves to the front of the screen over the planet, but I cannot attack the Arcean either. Also the Arceans are extinct. I still have the saved game, if you want me to upload it to you just tell me where.

I think it would be nice for the player to decide how many colonists the "USS discovery" would have. How about allowing colony ships to land on a planet to unload and load colonists as the player sees fit. So a colony ship should be a one use ship when colonizing new worlds, but be able to land on worlds that are part of your empire as many times as needed. The only problem with this is that colony ships will almost be the same as transports, except that they cannot invade worlds. All this a

The new build always kicks me when I try to colonize my first world. The previous builds never crashed on me. Also, I hear none of the in-game music, but I do hear the event sounds. Anyone notice that some of the numbers in this game are a little odd. For instance population growth. You start off in 2178 with only 1 billion people. By 2189 it is easy to end up with ~60 billion people on a large map with rare habitable words. I seriously doubt that rabbits could pull that kind of growth off let alone people. Another problem with the game and its growth rates involve the alien civs. The had maybe 8 billion people apiece, that is much lower than the 60 billion people in my
