When I adjust a windowblind start menu so it is a compact menu, how do I adjust the "Turn Off Computer" text as well so it isn't cut off when reducing the width of the start menu in SkinStudio?

I have Comodo firewall and I was wondering if maybe that was blocking the synchronization of the clock. How do I unblock network time protocol if that is the problem?
