Tasunke , It depends on game to game, but in RTS & TBS (if it's a new series or type of game) I'll start on the easiest to normal difficulty to get a fundamental understanding on how the game works. Of the Civ series, I've only ever tried Civ II The Test of Time for 1h or so. Zynga....!! That travesty known as Farmville got to the semifinals (if memory serves) in The Escapists March Mayhem where the game of the year is decided. It took StarCraft II, Mass Effect II or Red Dead Redemption or some other AAA title to kick it out of the tournament.
