Skin.dll in Theme Manager WinCustomize Forums

My ThemeManager keeps crashing Skin.dll.. Whats this all about? Tried reinstalling it several times..

Crud, hit enter, dont know why. Anyways.. What directory do you put wallpapers into for the thememanager to pick them up at? or does it matter?
