You might want to check out LogonStudio https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx I dont use logons myself, so I'm not sure if it will work on your OS. Hope it helps!

Did you un-install the current one before you installed the newer one? If not, you might give that a try. Remove both and then re-install the newer one. Make sure you check for any folders that may get left behind, and remove those manually. Hope that helps.

You will need a good graphics program like Paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop to make the picture and you will need this to make the logon out of the picture. The program is called Logon Studio and can be found here. https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx

If you have nothing to hide, this kind of verification shouldn't bother you. I was happy to have my copy verified. I like being legit! However, I do agree with werewolf about being able to use it on more than one computer at home.
