If you're using IE6 and have the pop up blocker on, it is that. But now I see you arent using SP2. I know for a fact there is a water drip sound everytime IE blocks a pop up in SP2. Next time you hear it look at the top of the page you are browsing and see if there is a thin bar that runs accross it saying something about blocking a pop up.

...There are very few blinds that come with wallpaper. In addition to Corky O's advice, you need to have the "apply any wallpaper supplied" option checked under the "Enhance Desktop Elements" in Basic Settings which is midway down on the left side of the Window Blinds program screen, for those that do come with a wall.

I beleive you need to put them in their respective program files. CursorXP in the Cursor XP program ect. All Theme Manager does is organize all the themes and skins you already have into one convenient place. You can also set up your desktop with widgets and walls and the like and then use the Theme Manager to save it.

Hi! You need to start out with a good graphics program. There are many of them, but the most popular are Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop.
