Well, to get back to the reason THIS thread was started.
My husband has a year old HP AMD and HP Printer/Scanner/Copy/Fax. Mine is eMachines Pentium 4 2.6Ghz 1GB ram 80Gb Ultra Hard Drive DVD and DVD+/-RW Drives 17" Flat Screen Monitor Lexmark Printer/Scanner/Copy/Fax And an old set of IBM Speakers that still rock! Mine is set at 1024, and I have never changed it. That is also the size of my monitor screen. I'm not sure if that is why. Hope that helps!

Do you have the Window Blinds and or Desktop X programs installed?
If you're using IE6 and have the pop up blocker on, it is that. But now I see you arent using SP2. I know for a fact there is a water drip sound everytime IE blocks a pop up in SP2. Next time you hear it look at the top of the page you are browsing and see if there is a thin bar that runs accross it saying something about blocking a pop up.

To the extend of my knowledge, to be able to rate skins you must have a User Level 4/User Level 5 I think you're right about the glitch! You can't even rate the skins at a level 4, at least I wasn't able to when I was at level 4. Being a 4 means you get unlimited downloads. <img src="http://smili

As soon as I got a WC subscription I was able to rate the skins, and was only a citizen at the time. If you want to rate the skins you need to become a member of WC. # WinCustomize User Level increases to User Level 5 (Subscriber). Once you purchase a WinCustomize Subscription, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 5. This will entitle you to many exclusive features, such as unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize, ACCESS to SKIN RATINGS,

...There are very few blinds that come with wallpaper. In addition to Corky O's advice, you need to have the "apply any wallpaper supplied" option checked under the "Enhance Desktop Elements" in Basic Settings which is midway down on the left side of the Window Blinds program screen, for those that do come with a wall.
Icon Packager always tells me I have X amount of days left.... I beleive that is to remind you to do the right thing and buy it, or remove it from your computer. And besides, it's worth the money, and you wont have to see that nag screen anymore, or be limited with what you can do with it. <img src="h
I beleive you need to put them in their respective program files. CursorXP in the Cursor XP program ect. All Theme Manager does is organize all the themes and skins you already have into one convenient place. You can also set up your desktop with widgets and walls and the like and then use the Theme Manager to save it.
I may be wrong, but I think they are aware of this problem, and are working on it. You might have to wait til the next update. I have read alot of threads about the same problem as well as others people have had with it.
There have been 10 added since the first of this month.
Right click on a blank part of the dock itself and click on dock or tab settings, and go to general options, and then advanced options. It is the first option under advanced.

Hi! You need to start out with a good graphics program. There are many of them, but the most popular are Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. Funny how that works sometimes. I think it is very good. I am not very good with Apothysis. I don't use bootskins or logons, but I'll check them out!
