No, I'm sorry I don't use any messenger services. What version of IP are you using? Some of the newer icon packages won't work on an older IP version. The latest one is version 3. That could be your problem. If that is not it, I won't be able to help you. But, I'm sure someone will come along who can.

First of all, do you have the Icon Packager program? If you don't you can get it here https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx If you do, then it could be a bad download. Sometimes the icons aren't packaged right and there is nothing there. In that case you want to let the maker of the icons know about it so they can fix it. Or if you downloaded it with IE6 you should do it again, but this time change the .zip to .ip before you actually d

I just had Zone Alarm look up the Ip for WC and that is 1 of 2 that came up. The other one is the same except the last numbers are 218.

You're welcome! Did you reboot your computer after changing the settings? I have Zone Alarm too, and sometimes I have had to reboot. If not, give that a try. If that doesn't do it, I'm sure someone will come along with some more help! Welcome to WC!

Do you have a firewall? If you do, you might try turning off the mobile code and ad blocking. You may also have to put WC into the trusted zones of your firewall.

Just right click the widget when it's up and go to properties. Then check the box that says run automatically when window's starts. It's down on the left side towards the bottom.

I had the same thing happen when I tried looking at my walls and pics too. I had to uncheck the format they are in from being associated with my PSP9 in it's association files list. That took care of it.
