I think Buzz has an excellent point, and totally agree with him. It would also help some of the younger and older people who haven't got much money to be able to subscribe by the week, a month, and so on. Something like what DA offers. It would be alot easier for them to come up with a few dollars at a time, than the whole $20. Continue to offer the 2 year renewal for those who subscribe for a year.
I have used paypal for a long time, and have enjoyed it, and never had any problems with it. All that is needed to be safe using it is common sense. In other words don't ever respond to any email asking for your credit card number or information. Same as with online banking. I think it would be a good thing too.

I have a great solution. This should become a member only site. That way we could see if the lack of money is really the cause. Get the site in shape, check and re check all the programs on many computers before they are released to destroy ours. There will be far less people to deal with as there will be far less visitors. And that will not really be a loss, since they aren't paying now anyway, and some that are, are leaving. There are plenty of sites
There is the option to save the theme right in the program. Then I guess you could put the whole prog and folders on a disk. Just click the OD icon in the sys tray, then my docks, and you will have the option of saving the theme, remove or edit. Or right click on a blank place on the dock itself. (a place with no icon).
Do you have the Windowblinds program installed? If you do, and you are using IE6 to download, you need to change the .zip to .wba before saving it. Then double click the skin, and it will automatically download to WB. Then click on the bubble that pops up saying a skin has been installed or open WB, select and apply the skin yourself. It is shareware. You will never get rid of the pop up until you do the right thing and purchase it or remove it. Imagine how much madder you would be if you created a software program that is a try it and if you like it buy it software that people just kept using without paying for. You would have an annoying pop up programmed into it too.
I believe for it to load at start up you need the purchased version.
