I have tried several programs but none of them do the in/out thing...I mean thats the best part... anyone else plz!?

Ok you know how Tiger OSX has the option to keep changing the wallpaper every few seconds? its so nice... I really love the way mac changes wallpaper like the opacity goes down and then slowly the other one appers. all smooth. Is there any software for Windows that can do it...!
