Due process was being served just fine by Military Tribunals Not according to the judge. This issue may be appealed to a higher court, but the US Supreme Court already made very clear that the government was already in breach of the constitution and I would be surprised if it overturned this ruling.

While a very stupid comment to make, I think it is being blown out of proportion. She was legitimately expressing an understanding of how hatred can be fed by parents to their children and create a society fed on such hatred. I'm surprised at the lack of post election analysis on this site. Yes, there are plenty of left v right taunts and insults being thrown but no real examination of the voting trends or turnouts.
