I love it. It is the funniest new show in a long time. Ozzy is like an 80 year old man in a 50 year old's body. I don't see how he manages to keep performing. He's just such so contrary to the Ozzy myth I remember from when I was growing up. I too look forward to it each week

Wow, excellent job grayhaze! Congrats to all.
You just need to lisence Direct Skin from Stardock, right?
You have to right click the download link and choose "Save As ...". It's the only thing that works. Then go to Display Properties, click the "Add" button, and browse for the file. After it's been added you can delete the file you downloaded.
I use Norton Internet Security and have a solution. You need to add Norton to the WindowBlinds exclusion list. Go to Display properties, click on the Windowblinds button, click on Per Application Settings, and add the Norton exectuable(s) to the list. Tell WindowBlinds to ignore it completely. You shouldn't have any problems after that. Good luck. Mike
PocketBlinds skins more of the PocketPC than Gigabar or Wisbar. It skins not only the titlebar, but also all buttons throughout the OS and the menubar (so far). It also supports plugins (like clocks, special buttons, volume controls). As GTNTP said, titlebar skinning is truly freeform. You are not restricted to having the buttons in a certain place, etc. Just some of the things that attract me to it.
Download SkinStudio, open up a skin you like, save it with a new name, and edit it. Make sure you change every single image so you're not reusing anyone elses work. This is how I started. It is very important not to reuse anyone elses images without permission if you plan to upload it.
You could make one really easily. If you download SkinStudio and start with the basic template you'll basically have exactly what your asking for. Just add those extra buttons and your done. There is a skin in the GUI Olympics category called Army1. It is close to what you want, but you should give SkinStudio a try .
Wow, I have the old one installed on my XP Home machine, but I didn't save the setup files. Damn!
I ran into this issue with my Tangreen and Tanblue skins. I decided to make Tanblue a sub design of Tangreen for this contest. It made me wish I had chosen a less color specific name for those skins though.
It doesn't work well with PocketBlinds either. PB buttons funtion erratically when it is loaded (start button never works, control buttons sometimes work). I like that it changes your icons and everything though. I would probably use it full-time if it played nice with PocketBlinds.
Interesting. I have doulbe checked my account settings and I do not have that option. Are skins rated by admins before they are posted? Do all skins start with a 0 rating? You'd think that, as a skin creator, I would be able to at least see my own skins, regardless of rating. It would be nice if I could adjust that setting. Maybe they could give it to citizens who actually make skins. I don't know. Just thinking out loud. Any thoughts on the incorrect skin count? Mike
I've read past posts regarding people not seeing their skins in the listings, but I'm still not sure why I don't see mine. I posted a PocketBlinds skin last week, and it did indeed get added to the site, but I can't see it when I go to the library. If I look at "My Skins", I see it there, and I see it is being downloaded. Also, if I go to the PB library and do a search for it, it shows up. Oh yeah, the skin is called "WMP". It's a Windows Media Player 8 rip-off. Also, I have no
Sheeesh. Can I take my question back? If I had been patient for 5 more minutes I would have seen my updated skin return to the list. Sorry for the pointless thread. Maybe others will learn from it at least. Mike
I just updated my PocketBlinds skin and when I submitted it, my skin disappeard from the list. Now, when I go to My Skins it isn't there either. Is this normal, or should I repost it? Thanks, Mike
