The skins that you download have a .bootskin extension, right? When I install, I just double-click the file. Bootskin should install it for you. I just use a zipping utility to put a .bootskin extension on it instead of a zip or a rar extension. Then I commence with the double-clicking as usual. I found that if you delete some of the screens that come with the program, you'll have problems installing new ones. Try reinstalling it and then adding

Hey all, just had a question about a bootskin I made. I've posted this in a couple different places so I hope to get some sort of feedback. Here's the deal: I made a bootskin recently and everything turned out fine except for one thing. When it boots up it's shifted to the left a ways and doesn't display properly.
