Replacing vista basic skin? in Windows Vista WinCustomize Forums

Is there anyway to replace the vista basic skin that ships with vista? I love areo and I hate when vista switches to basic when I use 3ds max.

It odd some times I turn the computer on and they are small other times they are big.

For some reason all my icons in the taskbar are now big how do I fix this, I have WB5, Icon X and Icon packager I think it happened when my computer crashed the other day when I was overclocking.
