Favorites window in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I dowloaded windowblinds and when I am on a web page and go to my favorites window the tasks buttons do not show up they are flashing and when I click on add it freezes up my computer for about 5 minutes then asks to save! Help!!!
