I also negelcted to mention, My companion bird "dini, short for Houdini" a Sun Conure, which was a rescue bird. We just went through a bout with Her, having 2 Strokes back to Back. I had to Mod her cage, to she could, get around, she had lost the use of her feet. She wouldn't give up the fight for life, so we didn't give up on Her. Now, She is back to almost Normal, and has regained almost all of Her Dexterity, and Mobility.

lock in da sock no actually, I stream alot of mine, or I record it off my Satellite, Channels. I love Fair Use, and I am probably splitting hairs, but it is Subscription Based, and I don't think the RIAA, has tipped to the fact you can do this yet. It's digital in Source, but I think it becomes Analog in the Transfer, yeah guess it is, cause it comes into my Box via Coax.

Z71 I represent noone, other than myself, I happened to be over @ pricewatch looking for some prices on processors, and saw the posting, on the opening page. I don't want to come off as rude, and a reply count, matters not to me. What you percieve as rudeness, is merely frustration. I hate to think that, the opportunity for someone to make a payday, and score some some prestige points, is going to go to waste. I know you guys and gals have talent aplenty, and this is the last you will hear from

This is rediculous, you try and be helpful and pass on some info, for talented people, to maybe, make a few bucks, and the Darned, thread stillbearthes, on the message board, and also on the NEWS Post. "Oh! Well." Don't say I didn't try. I mean, this is a perfect opportunity, to deal with a legitamate company, that has been around for a long, time, and has great Web presence, as well as score a few $$$$. I know everyone is geared, for the Olympics, but I am sure a few of the Artistically, fruitf

A decent media utility is Media player Classic. Not only does it handle most formats, codecs and whatnot, It's Free. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=82303&package_id=84358 The only annoyance, is when some pins in file graphs fail to initialize, it messages ya. This can be turned off, in the preff's. The players works decent, and seems to be low res usage, and the UI is straight forward. Feel free to give it a try.

Bakerstreet -+- Way cool, my Dad did some prospecting off the Yuba, I never got the chance, to go there. We did alot of placer work in Colorado, and we worked, some in Nevada on a claim, that had major gold, trapped in aluminum silicate, and the aluminum was so light and encapsulated around the gold, that it kept washing out, and unecenomical to process.

Now that's cool, I spent a couple of years working in a Goldmine in Colorado. Down around Telluride and Placerville, off of Specie Creek. I was a hobby Panner, as well. Still am as a matter of fact. Living here in the South, I have decent access, to Kings Mountain and it's backwaters, and Tailing Piles. Am hoping to get me a small Backpack Dredge or try to build one. I am also a minor Carpenter, and woodworker, spent a few years working, in an antique Furniture refinishing shop as we

I figure most of us folks are more creative than we, let on. I am a Guitarist, of small, abilities, and tinker with many diff, instruments. Just got me a new Fender Squier Fat Tele Deluxe, and man is it sweet. Well worth the $$$ and a work of art in itself. In my Stable is an older Jap Strat, early 80's, and Three, Older Harmony Acoustics, and a 1/2 way decent import Banjo. Lost my Fender Mandolin to the pawn shop, in the lean times. So what Ya got and do ya Gig? Do ya n

The voltage supplied to the drives are very small, and anything over 500 MA, or something like that ( i am not sure), requires a power draw from the ps2 port via a pass through connector. The only drawback is the bottle neck in the data transfer, from the slower controller.

I bought a 60gb one awhile back, made by ACOM Data @ BBuy, and I liked it so much, I went over to Ebay and picked up a Laptop HD, USB 2 enclosure. It comes in real handy, if you happen to have you upgrade (left-overs)Laptop Drives, laying around and want to put them to use. You can pick them up for $20, do a search for USB 2.0 + Hard Drive + Case. They come with a cable, to either draw the power via the USB Port, or if needed via ps2, Port. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke

Question posed to ponder... Are the XP machine set with NTFS Partitions? These support full user share rights, where as FAT/FAT32 does not. A Win98 machine can only allow Guest access, and XP with FAT will only allow Guest access, or a duplicate account acces from another machine. Enabling the Guest account, on an XP machine with FAT/FAT32 should resolve the issue. Hope this helps. I had a simil

Brad, To start off, what has happened to Beta 8f? I used the Component Manager to check and it doesn't show up? Also as I mentioned before, and now I confirm on a clean install, of XP, that upon changing my WB 8c, theme, that the generic windowmetric setting, are reset. In this I mean the fonts, reset to windows generic settings (MS Sans Serif 8pt.) Also of note if a different color desktop is chosen, beyond the one assigned, by the skin, it does not load immediately, and also if the

Chris, Simply having WindowsXP, will not fill the bill. You must have the proper, aplications, installed to utilize the skins, found on this site. Each Catagory, defines a application, that corresponds to the Skin, Library associated with it. You can obtain the Object Desktop Suite from www.stardock.com . That would be the best place to start, you True, Skinning journey. Best of luck

What you're looking for is Object Bar, part of the Object Desktop. It skins, the taskbar and whatnot. There are many applications included, in the entire package, and it is well worth, the money. I know it sounds like a shameless, plug, but many will second, my opinion and advice.
