Suites won't install on WindowBlinds in Suites WinCustomize Forums

Hey, I'm new at all of this, I just found this site yesterday. So I have Theme Manager and WindowBlinds. I have downloaded a few suites. When I open up WindowBlinds and put the suite on the list, I click apply, and it asks me if I would like to apply the theme, and then a window pops up and says it's downloading the files, something or other, and then the box closes. And nothing happens. When I click apply again, it goes through the same thing, and the
