why does wincustomize worry about copyright issues on pictures that are labeled on websites as "public domain" if you use image just give credit. I list the credit in the description and it doesnt get posted

After trying all 3 docks for windows I found object dock to have the least lag and most easily used interface. I purchased OD and am happy with that decision, company's have to make money or they will go out of business, so even though I would like everything free I unfortunately propogate the real world were money motivates.
