So essentially you're not really looking for help but rather confirmation of who to blame? Object Desktop doesn't mess with your system files. It simply installs a series of programs to c:\program files\stardock\object desktop. When it's uninstalled, it's uninstalled. It doesn't update Java or change Internet Explor

I know it is the Stardock stuff, I quite frankly cannot take anyone seriously who thinks otherwise. My system has been working flawlessly for months and the ONLY thing I messed with over the weekend was installing the Stardock software. I am new to Stardock, Object Desktop and all the other great sounding tools available here. However, since installing several tools over the weekend, I have noticed that they are very buggy, and have caused problems throughout Windows.
