You are obviously running a DX-widget, which causes you these problems. Widgets will run even without DX running and since it is DXwidget.exe that causes this problem, I would suggest not to run any widgets on startup and see whether that makes any difference at all.

Yes, it is definitely a 'false positive'. JPGutils.dll is a part of LogonStudio and does not contain any ad-, spy or mal-ware. If you remove JPGutils.dll from your system, Logonstudio will no longer work correctly.
That could have several reasons: 1.) Do you have any docklets running on the dock? If yes, remove one at a time and see whether the problem still occurs. The sysstats- and systray-docklets are the most common culprits. 2.) Do you have IconPackager 3 installed? Right now the newest version of IconPackager causes some problems with ObjectDock. Which Stardock programs are you running? Wich one was the last one you installed before you noticed that your Visual Studio was broken? I noticed you posted in the 'Enhanced Dialog'-thread. Did you try and uninstall EnhancedDialog? You can try and download the Stardock-Zapper https://www.stardock.com/files/odnt_zapper.exe and use it to uninstall the Stardock programs (I would start with Enhanced Dialog > reboot > test Visual Studio)

Hmmm, after re-reading your first post I went and tried to download 'Bejewelled' as well, and it didn't work for me either. I don't really think it is a problem with the software anymore, it might be a broken link. I would suggest to run a search on the WinCustomize Gallery (don't choose a particular sub-category) for "Bejewelled" and all components of the suite should show up. StardockCentral is a program used to download and update all Stardock products. Since you don't have StardockCentral installed I assume you are not an ObjectDesktop subscriber and you are using the free version of the programs. This means that sdmcp.exe was most likely installed with DesktopX (as I said it is needed for certain feautures of DesktopX). What version of ThemeManager are you using? Make sure you are using version 2.2 (ThemeManager 2005). If you are an ObjectDesktop customer update your version through StardockCentral. I went and downloaded 'Info Dock' and it downloaded as a *.dxpack here (using Firefox). This means that you have to rename your InfoDock.zip into InfoDock.dxpack (Note: do not unzip it first). SDMCP.exe is a part of Stardock Central and is needed to make things like the system-tray in ObjectDock and DesktopX work. If you don't use the System-tray in OD or DesktopX or if you only use widgets with DesktopX you can open StardockCentral > Tools > Settings > and untick "Enable MCP smart startup". This is most likely cause by one of the docklets rather than the program itself. Some of the Docklets available in the library may not compatible anymore with the newest version of Object Dock (especially some of the older ones).
