Hmm thats a tricky one. Try and open IconPackager > Icon and Cursors > click on the two stubborn Icons > Restore Default (for each of the two Icons) > OK. Then restart IconPackager and load a package > Apply. ....no idea whether it works though...

Are you two using any docklets? I believe the systray docklet and the systats docklet can both cause problems like this. I would try and remove one docklet at the time to see which is the culprit.

To be honest I have never tried to do a Logon the way you want it (or "Adni's style"), but I think a good way to start would be to download one of Adni's Logons and look at the UIFILE.txt and Theme.ini files of this Logon and compare them with yours. I could be totally wrong here, but I think those "free-form" logons were actually made by changing the script manually, rather than using LogonStudio.. ....please someone correct me

Quick update 2: Most of you might already know, but the downloading-bug in both ThemeManager and WC-browser was caused by scripts on the website itself, which were not running at all. T-Man has gone on the job quickly and fixed the bug already. I have tested my version of ThemeManager (2.19h) and was able to download and apply suites again. Have you tried to save your dock once it is set up? (Dock Settings > Save Theme as....) I sounds like OD is not shutting down fast enough and therefore does somehow not save its settings, when you reboot. Maybe if you quit OD before you reboot that would make all the difference...?
