Noticed that too Bichur. ;) There is a reason as to why there has never been a solution to the "Windows Classic" problems. While there have been a few legitimate users with this problem (support was able to help them), this "problem" is normally related to the crack not working properly (and your files seem to indicate that you are indeed using the cracked-version). I guess you will have to fork out some money to make WB work on your system, because this is not "the

I believe Jafo's "eject" button must be blinking right now. Get a grip TheAlmightyLeader (you wish). You sound like a 12 year old. A coward is someone who calls people names while sitting safely at home behind a computer. 1.91 beta is not equal 2.0 relase. The Beta is only for OD-customers, basta. DescScapes2 will have a free version. There is no point in crying and winging about its release date. It will be released once all the internal testing has been finish
I start to really love nubs, and use it more and more frequent. :)
Believe it or not, but nowhere in the readme or any other file did I see such simple instructions.
I had exactly the same problem. The first time I gave up and removed it. :D
Only got a few, but then they are foreign quotes to me...
Ditto, I only got the Beatles, I blindly guessed Dylan' phrase right, I knew the M&M's (they had the same slogan in german) and I knew who Ali was. Everything else I had never even heard of... :)
Behind? arrr, don't ye mean under from't front t'back? What kind a pirate wench be e?
   OK, I admit; talking piratish in a foreign language it too much for me. :D "keel-haulin" - what do ye mean with that gibberish?
I thought that I may have to stop coming into these forums
I don't think this thread was intended to be about the occasional spelling error or Zubism, nor about the slightly off grammar I and quite a few others use. This was more about the "cool" people that write the "plz hlp me, got trble"-posts. I doubt that mrs starkers is one of them (not that I have ever noticed?). ;)
grammar nazis
It seems to be an universal law, that an
I just went to the "Private Messages" page and noticed the following: - My allowed messages have been reduced from 100 to 50. - I have deleted all but 7 messages in the inbox and 4 messages in the sent-box, and I have emptied the "trash" folder, but the page claims that I now have 23 of 50 messages stored. :) I presume that the powers behind WC are currently working on some of the features (thanks for the nice "new replies" and "new post" signs!), so this is definitiv
Ahhhh, finally a link to info on how to use Nubs! Nifty little thing. Thanks andrew_
walk the plank, walk the plank!!!!
this is just a forum for ALL to use including the uneducated, lazy, and the rest of the masses.
In my experience it is very often the very people that write as if they were mentally disabled who claim to "know it all" and who are so very full of themselves because they think they are "l33t". (I think they are not aware that they scream to the world: 'I am a kid in the midst of my puberty, and my raging hormones are making me believe that I am the center of the Universe')<

Wow, some kind of "evolution"...... ;p
bagginz: Yes, I noticed that on my system (Vista Ultimate 64bit) it is indeed the IP-packages with the *.icl-files that don't show up, while I have no problems using the IP-files that don't use the libraries. Is this only a 64bit problem? Which program does use the *.icl-libraries to create the IP-themes? IconDeveloper? IconExplorer?
I would also like to encourage you to use the latest build and post any issues you find. We believe most of the issues have been resolved.
Any ETA when the newest build will be released? SDC still shows 2.00.004 as being the latest. Sorry to sound pushy, but I've been hearing rumours about an internal build that has fixed most problems for about a week now and I can't wait to get my hands on it. :d
Editing the above text did not mess up the line spacing, but I was instantly "transported" to the first page.
I love the new layout of the Forums and especially appreciate that it is shown whether the person is online or not. Great improvements :HOT: It also seems to load a lot faster here, but maybe that's because I am here at rather odd times compared to the American crowd. Edit test: posting was fast too with no delay. (FF 2.0.0.12)
Wow .. almost a year old post.
And there I was wondering why Fuzzy would still use WB 5. :)
Ich bin mir da auch nicht so ganz sicher, aber hast Du schon einmal versucht DeskScapes nocheinmal über die alte Installation hinaus zu installieren und danach zu de-installieren? Manchmal hilft das. :)
The security feature for sending PMs seems broken. More times than not, it will mistakenly tell me I have typed the letters incorrectly. Granted, I may get it wrong occasionally, but not 9 of 10 times! When replying to a PM . .any characters work.
The link inside stardock central just sends me to the standard order page where I have to spend money.
I had the same, but Sins would not show up in SDC. The only way to buy Sins using the Tokens was by searching the forums for a solution and then going to www.totalgaming.net and buying it through there. If I weren't so familiar with the Stardock-forums I probably wouldn't have bothered. Maybe someone can look into this?
I have no idea whether it is safe to delete the CursorFX-trails and Blank-themes that came with the program. Maybe you can just move them somewhere safely and look how it affects CursorFX? As for your CursorXP-themes: if you have more than a thousand you definitively won't be able to copy all of them to your CursorFX\Themes-folder right now. CursorFX won't be crashing upon loading, but it will take longer and longer to load, and eventually you won't be able to apply ne

It's only a handful of cursorXP-themes that does the "crashing" thing. Re-downloading them wouldn't change anything. You can try to move your old Cursors back 10 at a time, to narrow down the culprit (I bet it is only one or two in your whole collection), or you can wait for the next release where this problem apparently has been solved (CursorFX will 'fix' the bugs in a flawed CursorXP-theme). :)
I don't know what you mean, aufisch, about "a little round red button with a magnifying glass". If that's something in the actual program, I can't bring that up.
Sorry again BrianZachary, as you can't even bring the CursorFX-panel up, you obviously can't see any buttons (the one I was talking about is black and not red, by the way). Just that you know; once you have resolved your problems with the configuration-panel not showing up, you will see that CursorFX doe
