OK, I ran the SFC command and it found no errors. I've installed the newest WB and can now apply skins with the tooltip bubble but I still get the error when trying to open the appearance tab or the WB main window.
Checked this. Everything seems to be there. I don't have the CD with me so I can't run the sfc test.
I can't use WB5 (4.90d) or the previous betas on my work machine because I keep getting a "Select Data Source" popup box every time WB needs to try to get the list of skins. This happens through the WB config panel or through display properties while attempting to get to the Appearance tab. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. This morning: I uninstalled the previous beta, wiped the WB directory of all but skins, rebooted, installed 4.90d, rebooted. Same problem. <B
