Brandon71 , Despite our best efforts, we havent been able to produce the black screen that you have mentioned. It appears as if your browser of choice is having a hard time rendering a 50% transparent black div. We put a semi-transparent black layer over top the page while the background upload (the green progress bar you saw) is in progress. After the upload is complete, the mask dissappears and the page is then auto-posted and your skin is processed. So it sounds like your brow

Oopses are allowed I just thought I would let everyone know. We spent a lot of time today working on the upload2.aspx issues that people were reporting. It was something very very difficult to debug, as it was happening only on the servers and not in our local testing environment. We *believe* we have a fix up and running. Thanks to everyone for your patience while we ironed this out

WWW Link When I go to look at a screenshot this is what I see/don't see. Now some time back I asked why I was not able to delete any of my skins and I'm still waitning for either a fix or answer. Bushman, Did you forget to post a link to a screenshot or? I dont quite follow that last reply. Please be patient with bug reports. Usually when it's quiet that means we're hard at work <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" bord

WinCustomise Browser not working right with Vista 64bit - are you gonna add to it VistaStudio Logon and Dreams ? That's extremely off-topic. This post is for issues surrounding the website www.wincustomize.com . Please post your question in the proper software support forum, and I'm sure that one of our support staff will be happy to answer it.

Necaradan666, Well youre definately the first to report that issue I'm not sure that will give you any comfort though. That's something that I sure havent seen since we started working on the new wincustomize, and something that I havent seen since I started working on the forums about a year ago. As a friendly suggestion, you might want to try tweaking your settings. That message typically happens when IE has

Hello, I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce that error on any of our wincustomize.com servers with IE6, IE7 or Firefox. If you find that there are conditions under which this script error is occuring, please reply with steps to reproduce it and I'll have another look. Also, please post in the correct forum in the future for site-related issues. Had one of our great support staff not pointed this out to me, I would have never seen it! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/s

We're working through some of the login issues still. There are some anomoles (which I wont go into detail about) that are popping up with certain accounts. If you're seeing weird things happening, like your name dissappearing, please delete any wincustomize or stardock cookies, close the browser, open a new one and log back in. If the issues persist, click on my name in this reply and use the 'Email andrew_' function. Email me your nickname here on the website and I will start investigating

All good suggestions. We're starting to do things a little different in the office, which means that you may not see changes as quick as in the past, however you all may end up seeing more of your requests in each update. At any rate, I've started both the Reply # link and the report link (which was already in the queue) down the process of getting approved and implemented.
