There is no 'Send' button on the watchlist page. Could you mean the 'Remove' button? (Accuracy is key, yo) If thats the case, then I cannot reproduce the issue. According to the database, none of the articles you are watching have 'dissappeared'. Wait a few minutes and refresh. It's probably just a database read error. Thanks for following up on that Bebi Good to know that answers are sticking around in users' minds to help other users. The reason for it is that we simply didnt have time to setup the db proper to handle replies for the landing page. It's still on the roadmap, but seems farther and farther in the distance as we continue to have new projects put on our plate.

Sorry, spaces are not allowed in usernames any longer. In order to change you username, please go to My Settings, click the Stardock Account tab and change your username from there.

Without a link to the page youre talking about there's not much I can say.... I've started an inquiry as to why the database isnt updating some of the values, like the Last Reply and the Replies column when viewing the Site Issues forum.

Superman, Sounds like its definately a problem with Firefox handling cookies. Give IE a shot just to see if you can log in. If you cant log with IE either, I would take a guess that your login information is incorrect, or your system is having some kind of cookie handling epidemic

Fairry With all respect here, I've addressed your awards issue twice now. PLEASE refrain from pasting in the list of duplicate award items. We know the issue exists and we are looking into it. I cant seem to duplicate any problems that you're describing. Using the corrected url that I replied with, I can navigate to the next page without any problems on both IE and Firefox 2.0.0.1 (the latest version). Using the same version of Firefox I can also see the gallery list in the right bar on www.wincustomize.com . I'm not sure what is causing either issue on your copy of Firefox, but I would recommend clearing your cache/temporary internet files.

It's the sheer number from what I understand. I'm sure this wont stop people from speculating about our situation and what a server can handle and yadda yadda. Everyone likes to speculate as if they have some intimate knowledge of our backend systems. Or they base their argument from a corner of having some experience with web servers. The number of graphics that need to be reprocessed and then checked, and then double checked... it's more of a task than people may realize.

Many firefox users are having to clear their Temporary Interenet Files (or cache, whatever Firefox likes to call it), close the browser and come back to the site to resolve layout issues and the like. I would recommend doing the same for your situation cj woodfill.

If you really want your game submissions removed, please contact Kryo by email and he will relay the request to the proper people. We can remove characters and/or scores. But its very rarely done.

If you participated in the beta test then theres a good chance that dupers were created. If you let me know what skins have dupes then i can remove them manually.
