Not sure if this has been addressed or not (searched but didn't see anyone with the problem)...seems that I have become 23, Male on my personal info. thecookiejar , Well your DOB shows in the database as you being born in 1983, so you may wish to update that But the Male bit doesnt make any sense. I'll have a look and see what's up. (The db shows you

TheGuyPc , During debugging your site was created for you. http://theguypc.wincustomize.com is up and working. Thanks for pointing that out, you uncovered a good bug in the system. If anyone else if having issue with creating the wincustomize personal sites, we'll have a new publish up later on today that will fix the issue.

Thats odd - when I click on his user name Im seeing his profile but it doesnt have the tabs for gallery etc like the WC sites and the URL is : http://users.wincustomize.com/1271031 Yeah ditto. That link right there is how regular profiles are looked at. So mebbe his site still isnt created, which means I can debug that! Joy! (You only get the tabs and stuff w

Well poo. I was just about to debug this. If anyone else runs across this, please let it fail and let me know. It's one of those things where we actually need an account that is failing with the site creation because we cant reproduce it straight away. Fairyy , I've not yet seen that issue or had it reported. I've been sitting here for about 10 minutes clicking on the link to your site and it comes up ok each time. Can you provide any other information on that?

Hello again, there was a small logic error in the code which prevented people who had crossreferenced, from being recognized properly as current customers, and sometimes as being recognized as subscribers. I'm hoping to have the fix up in a day or so (but you know, cant make a promise about that).

I'm going to use this post as a means to let everyone know what has changed between updates to the forums. If you're into tracking this kind of thing, each time the forums are updated, the build number at the bottom changes. That number will correspond with each reply in this post. This post will be locked in order to keep it on track. Please feel free to post questions or comments in the Site Issues forum. So to start things off... v1.0.2592.16349 </P

When reporting issues (of any kind) please remember to include the url of the page that you are experiencing these issues on (because index.html is much different than index.aspx, for example) and what browser you were using. I know we've been suggesting this a lot lately, and please understand that it's definately not a cop-out or a cookie cutter response, but if you're experiencing these issues, please give this a shot: open up your cookies location. CLOSE your bro

clwoods, We're aware of the #1 for a gallery issue. Thanks though. Bebi, Thanks for the screenshot. I looks like the css is being loaded but outlook is failing to download the images. The position, font details and color all look ok. It's not something I can produce locally. And I've personally tested that the emails show up in Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, Outlook Express and Thunderbird. It's possible that there's an issue with them, that only yo

Yeah, every time we update the javascript on the websites Firefox seems to throw a fit. If you find part of the site suddently not working as it used to, then clear the cache (or alternatively, Ctl+F5 refresh first) and refresh the page. That usually kicks it in the butt. I hope this is something that they resolve in the next update, as I've reported it once a week for the last month On a side note,

Okay I got a question....I need to know of a good site to buy movies optimized for Portable media devices, like the Ipod and Zen Vision , I have a Zen 30gig and I use UNBOX at Amazon..Only problem is They charge alot and you actually are paying for a full size copy of the movie at approx 2 gigs per movie that includes an optimized on

I deal in details. It's how I maintain sanity. 'skin' isnt equal to 'Skins', hence the follow up question. Try as I might, I cannot duplicate that problem. If that's something that you see consistantly, please send me an email with your login information and I will attempt to reproduce it using your account. Part of me wonders if you didnt hit the checkbox at the top of the list which selects all skins... Just in case that was what happened, I'll have George put a message box in ther

In another post, Fairyy had mentioned that when she checked 'remove' on her skin watchlist, all of the skins in the watchlist dissappeared for her. Im following up with that report... Fairyy : Which tab of the watchlist were you on when you did this? The Skins tab or the Skin Authors tab? I will buy you a pony if you can increase the amount of detail that you're able to provide us with when posting on an issue. It's very difficult to correctly diagnose proble

Ok, that information was key. Since this is the forum bug thread I had assumed that you were talking about the forum watchlist. The Report New WinCustomize Bugs and Other Issues post would have been a much better (and proper) place to
