I have the same errors. I have tried everything mentioned here and I don't have Net Framework 1.1 or Hotfix 1.1 installed. My Email to support has yet to be answered, since they asked me to uninstall and reinstall. I'm puzzled and very frustrated. It's such a nice product, it's a shame I can't use it.
