Okay, Okay, Okay... One must remember when one posts a skin, on this site or any other, for others to access "freely" that site is not on their PC. It is on a server run by someone else. Isn't it only fair that the one who owns the server get something out of the whole post? And if not, wouldn't it be fair to say that the one owning the serverhas some say over the whole thing? There is another thread that addresses this issue. I am currently looking for that thread, you might check through some threads too. I do believe that someone came up with a solution/workaround for the Data Source thing.

Vykranth: If the corruption you are talking about is a repaint of a window you already closed/moved/minimized, try restarting/logging off-on. If it's another type of corruption, try as BX says and check the "Enable if you have corrupted titlebar or text background" in the Troubleshooting" section of WBconfig.

Kevin: If you're gonna go and buy a new mobo cuz you dont have AGP, skip it and go with the PCIe. You'll spend the bucks for it though.

Okay, I gotta say Bash, you had a great idea to start this here thread. Too bad there's other stuff going on that you have nothing to do with. I notice that the skinners you mention are mostly Windowblinds skinners. Have you tried the CursorXP, IconPackager, Bootskins, Logons, Sysmetrix, etc,.....skins. There are names/handles in those categories that you don't often see anywhere else. Some great artists, really. Igp85, farid

I would follow Corky's instruction on this one. Sorry, Hapkido, but there is an issue with deleting from the Preview window. There are other threads in which it is stated that people are losing their WB altogether by trying to delete from there. It is "safer" to delete the theme folder.

Thanks Mike, BlackViper site is under construction. I usually hit PCstats, Winguides, the softwarepatch and Neowin when doing a re-install of my whole system. I'll be waiting for BV to finish, just to check out what you reference as the best tool for windows services. Thanks again for your response. Happy skinning.

Sometimes those extra buttons make a clutter of the skin. Those extra buttons on ALL skins would take away from the uniqueness of those skins that have extras. Who knows why everyone doesn't include those extras. If you get the Object Desktop, SkinStudio comes with it. You can make those extra buttons yourself, feel good about you knewly acquired ability.
