Somebody want to bitch slap the idiot who built this site for me? Then give him a dictionary? #1 the jewel case uses the word "CDKey" and not serial number, so WTF cause so many problems by not using that word here? #2 The word "serial" implies a sequentially assigned number as opposed to the randomly generated mix of alpha numerics which make up a CDKey.

OK, I've been spending a long time looking for an answer to this and not finding it. It won't take my CDKey for a serial number. How do I get the 1.2 update? I bought the game from a store. There is nothing called a serial number on the jewel case.
