Licenses? in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Im wondering if I buy windows blinds do I only get a licence to install on 1 computer or can I install it on my laptop to?

If i skin windows with windows blinds will it effect all the users on my computer or will it only affect mine. By the way im using windows xp home. Thanks in advance
