I've tried being connected and disconnected but neither way works! I've also tried running right from the galciv.exe file instead of using the game manager. So what's next?

Ok I reinstalled the new version and everything and the game still hangs my computer. And Smart Ex. doesn't want to run on my machine anymore. What can I do?

Ever since I downloaded the last update I haven't been able to start the game. Here is the SmartException read out. What can I do? I had the same problem, after loading the newest patch this morning. Here is the exception dump that was caught by SmartException. An install seems to require a fresh download, and at my low speed that is real painful. So hopefully someone will notice this a drop a new patch for us all.
