Hello Problem has been solved. Program changes caused my email address to be invalid...I opened a new win.com account with the same address i used to purchase products..Everything working okay now. Thanks All John

Hello Yarlen I fixed the problem...When I first signed up at win.com I used my gmail.com email address. When I purchased the products I used my charter.net account. Everything was okay until stardock changed some software and it won't pickup my 2 email address. I just signed up at win.com with the same email address i used to purchase and everything is okay now. Still Getting Failed to Validate in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I unistalled all files SDcentral and all Object Desktop programs. Reinstalled sdcentral but when I try to download other files I get below message. It can't download any Object Desktop programs. Error: Failed to validate your subscription or product information. Result: Installation failed (9)

Only version of Stardock Central on site....didn't say Beta or Alpha,,,, Yes, DesktopX is beta, and I understand there will be problems, but I can't download it.

Hello Yes part of the problem is taken care of but I still get the message when I try to download desktopx . The pro desktopx has been removed from download, but desktopx still shows new version and when you try to download it you get this message.
