like paxx, I'm using a laptop with a much lower spec than your current one without any real problems (though a 1600x1200 display would be nice). The only time this machine struggles with (as you suggest) because of the low end 8Mb graphics card....particularly when per pixel alpha blending is really needed as the video doesn't support that. So, animations in WindowFX are a no-no, and ObjectDoc isn't as smooth as it could be...but for WindowBlinds and most other things it's perfectly acceptable

Also, if using tga's, then make sure they are saved as 32 bit (including the alpha channel) or else WB and SkinStudio doesn't like them (and things just "vanish")

Çërêb®øJÐ - I don't think so, as you don't change which one is the primary monitor. So, OD is still being displayed on what Windows calls screen 1 - it just happens that you've switched them around. SpecialFX - I was looking at just the same thing the other day and I came up with a solution...swap everything else to the opposite monitor and then physically swap the two on the desk (actually, swap the cables as it's easier)...then use the Windows display tool to tell it the 2nd monitor is on the left not the right.. I've not tried it, but I can't see why it wouldn't work?

Knowing someones IP address is quite useful if you need to contact their ISP to report an abuse...I've done that many times in chat environments when people have started posting extrem pornography or other unpleasant images (or just being abusive). One guy panicked nicely and appologiesed sweetly in public when I posted him a private note telling him not only the name of his ISP, but the reply they'd already sent me describing the action they would take if he continued to be a problem,

Things like this are bothersome as it tends to be touted as necessary to respond to threats of terorism etc. The truth is that anyone with enough initiative to and reason could/will create their own private solutions to encrypt any trafic they need to - possibly using steganography to avoid obvious "uncrackable" packets floating about and drawing attention to them. Anyone who IS paranoid enough to worry about people knowing their IP could investigate the use of anonymous proxies, and software like JAP which can bounce each packet off a different proxy, thus making tracking traffic to/from a site very difficult. Kona0197 - ya beat me to it. For those who wish to re-install often, I can't recomend DriveImage by Powerquest enough....but Norton Ghost is equally good/better (though I think more expensive last time I looked?...though, that may have just been for the bulk purchase we were looking for). Hang on...it actaully gets "cliped" in the corner once there is no space for any bottom frame pixels. I.E. when the window gets to be exactly the same height as the top frame, then the bottom left of the left frame gets the bottom size margin clipped. So, as long as the rollup height is at least 1px more than the top frame height, the left frame isn't clipped...at elast, that's how it seems to work for this skin at the moment...but again, it could be the bottom size margin on the left

Pin on top is the only button (besides the basics) I'd use on anything like a regular basis. It's actually one of the features that convinced me to buy WB many years ago as I'd had that on a Mac and found it so useful to keep it on a PC. Right-click I have set to rollup and double click is set to maximize/restore (yes, I know I could asign that to something more useful, but I'm a creature of habit and my fingers know what to do if they want to maximize a window before I can stop them!)
