Problems with the 1.02 patch in Political Machine PolMach Forums

I recently installed the 1.02 patch, and the map does not show in the game. I can click on the states but it just shows the last screen I was on. I have an all-in-wonder Radeon 7500. System specs: Microsoft Windows XP SP1 AMD Athlon XP 2000+ 1.66 GHz 256 MB of Ram
