Blueticons, how to install them... in Icons WinCustomize Forums

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew how to install the Blueticons (smileys or Emoticons) for use with AOL IM? I would appreciate any help as the Blueticons are beautiful icons that need to be used.

What is the Start Menu path???? in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I am using an animated dock for the start menu but do not know the path to the start menu. Does anyone know the typical path to the start menu?
